Examples of Framing
Stefan uses a unique framing technique which he hand creates in his studio. By mounting the actual artwork forward of the full background, seen here in black, the image is literally floating with it's own quiet space surrounding it.
This allows the piece to be placed easily on any surface or color without distraction.
Stefan's philosophy is that art should not be hidden behind layers of matting and framing. Art should be the most important aspect of the entire piece.
